How to ask yourself the right questions to get what you want

Consciously or not, you’re always having a conversation with yourself.

Some of it is useful – when you’re focused, motivated & have a sense of purpose.

But a lot of the time, self-talk is self-sabotaging. Maybe it’s telling you your goals are impossible, not a good idea, or that you’re not good enough to make it happen or deserve it.

So if you’re struggling to achieve your goals, you’re probably asking yourself the wrong kind of questions & getting the wrong answers.
