Stop smoking hypnosis treatment could be just the thing for you if:

why is it so hard?

I’m sure you don’t need to be told about all the downsides of smoking or the advantages of quitting. But knowing all this doesn’t help.

This is because even though consciously you’re aware of these facts and you might say you really want to stop, subconsciously you don’t.

Subconsciously, you’re still holding onto ‘programmes’ which tell you you’re getting something out of this habit.

For example, you might be holding onto a subconscious programme which tells you that smoking helps you feel more comfortable in social situations. Or maybe it tells you that smoking helps you deal with stress.

These programmes are FALSE. Smoking only provides you with a brief distraction from your social or stressful discomfort. You then continue chasing the distraction in the subconscious hope that this time it will sort you out.

Why use hypnosis for quitting smoking?

Because these programmes are subconscious, you need to break them on a subconscious level.

Hypnosis is one of the most effective ways you can quit smoking. According to most research, it has on average over 85% success rate. 

A recent large scientific study compared different ways of quitting smoking, combining results of more than 600 studies of 72,000 people from America and Europe. On average, hypnosis was over 3 times more effective than nicotine replacement methods and 15 times more effective than trying to quit alone.

Over 90% of my clients stop smoking after the 2-session treatment. This success isn’t only at quitting smoking, but at remaining a non-smoker after a period of 6 months.

If a follow-up session is needed within a one month period, I won’t charge you for it.

BUT, you must be ready and committed to stop smoking and becoming a non-smoker. Hypnosis won’t wave a magic wand if you’re not 100% on board.

But if you are, it can give you the necessary will power, confidence, calm and positive focus you need in order to do it.

Should you invest in stop smoking hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy for stopping smoking is a powerful tool.

But you have to be willing and ready to take this step and participate in the process. You need to make a final and clear decision that you now want to quit smoking for good.

If you’ve made the decision to stop smoking, hypnosis will be an effective tool to help you in successfully achieving this.

This is why the cost for the stop smoking hypnosis treatment is intentionally higher than of regular sessions. It’s to make sure you’ve made the decision to become a non-smoker and that you’re fully committed to it.

What’s being able to quit smoking worth to you?

Some people aren’t quite ready to make this investment.

But if you think about the cost of smoking, it really isn’t much in comparison. If you take as an example someone who smokes one pack a day, they’d be spending more than this amount every single month!

This is a small investment of money for a huge investment in your health. So if you’re not ready to invest – you’re probably not ready to be a non-smoker.
